Biography

Mohammad Mujtaba Mansoor earned his Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering with Honors from the University of Nottingham in 2011. He then joined KAUST as a Master's student obtaining his M.S. degree in 2012. (Thesis: Ultimate Cavity Dynamics of Hydrophobic Spheres Impacting on Free Water Surfaces)

Mr. Mansoor is now a PhD candidate at KAUST working under the supervision of Professor Sigurdur Thoroddsen.

Research Interests

Free surface flows, cavitation during rebound, laser induced cavitation, granular flows, droplet splashing.
